Thrusted Bedrock and Drift, Dimmick Road, Ohio

The blue-green and green layers are fresh and weathered shale bedrock, and the tan layer is an organic-rich silt, probably loess. These layers have been thrust at a low angle with a drag fold on the left side of the image. The massive brown sediment at the top of the image is a diamicton.
