Fractured Bullet Cobble

Ice flow is from the left. The smooth left side of the clast is from abrasion, whereas the fractures on the right are fractures from differential pressure. A cavity formed in the ice behind the clast, and the lower pressure there allowed the rock to fracture. It must have been lodged to develop the cavity, and the rock has been fractured at least twice. Note the far right side is somewhat smooth.
